#2 Mixed Media Grid I made with watercolours and various golds I already had, and some markers and crayons.  I used a cheap, possibly synthetic watercolour paper from my cupboard, the only one in a larger size that I had. I loved the 'manual' process and some of the unexpected moments where the colours and mediums are blending together organically, including where a bit of paint is creeping under the masking tape into the white grid! My Mixed Media Grids #1 :

I made this in Procreate first, it seemed easier for a first take, to explore the process and get an understanding of the workflow. I used the supplied grid template and chose the colour palette below, I felt drawn to the beautiful pinks. 

When it was finished, I accidentally unchecked the grid, which revealed the larger view of the whole canvas, the bigger picture! I made a few adjustments to bring it together.
