Monastery Experiment

The apple was light but dense in my hand, smelling fresh. I noticed its skin wasn’t just a deep red, but was enriched with purple undertones. The first bite required a little strength on my part(the fruit may be small but it is mighty.) The inside of the apple now visible - the skin was as thin as the earth’s atmosphere in proportion to the rest of the fruit. The sweetness of the apple didn’t take any moisture away from my mouth, in fact, it refreshed my palette. Very cool experience!Monastery Experiment - image 1 - student project
