This is the lettering piece I demonstrate creating using the Procreate app on my iPad, from start to finish in this class. 

I start by drawing some quick thumbnail sketches to get ideas flowing:

I identify the concept I want to proceed with:

I then setup some guides for my lettering based on the loose thumbnail sketch:

Using these guides, I draw a skeleton sketch for my lettering:

I then refine my lettering into their actual shapes and styles: 

I also sketch out the illustrative elements in some more detail:

The lettering is then inked using the final brushes:

I add colours to the lettering and draw all the illustrative elements in color using the final brush: 

Finally, I add some finishing touches like 3D effects to my lettering, shading and highlights and throw in some fun filler elements to bring the piece to life:
