I painted Marco for the first time three years ago (my second Skillshare painting), at the start of my watercolor journey. I have never been happy with him and have wanted to try again. I think this new version is a bit improved - I wasn't so heavy-handed this time and allowed more light and looseness into the painting. I love dogs so much (have two) and would love to paint both of them with this wonderful free-flow technique. I am including my original "before" painting here, too. Thanks so much, Jane!
