The first thing I instantly noticed was the color correction and how well that was performed. The audio—between the music, dialogue, and effects—was well timed and really lent itself to keeping the narrative tight. The bonus footage was a nice surprise though to keep the audience engaged I'd remove the title announcing it. The music for the night footage was a great choice. The subdued beginning had a very tangible rising action and the transition to the heavy stuff coupled with your transitions and cuts was great. This entire piece is really solid, great work!

Nice! My favorite parts were the way you got Dan's reaction to Kevin and the way you made the piano player sync with the beat- well done :D

Well done Jamar!  I like the flash affect on the big stihl chainsaw.  Very good choice of music.

Jamar: Nicely done! I like the intro with the b-roll and introduction of the carvers. The quick cut to black timed to the music was also very effective. The way you cut the dialogue to make it a little tighter was a nice touch, rest assured that's something you do a lot when cutting other people's footage. The cut over to Dan towards the end when Kevin mentions his name was perfect. Heard a couple small pops on some of the dialogue cuts, but other than that I have no real criticisms. Can't wait to see your final project.

This is pretty sick, Jamar. Saving the introductions for the end frames it more like a movie trailer. The cuts were well done and the music was a good fit as well. Looking forward to seeing more from you as we progress.
