after watching the first painting of the dancing man I paused the video so I would remember all the steps etc and took a recent photo of my son at the beach and created this. I differed in the end slightly from your technique of duplicating layers for light and shade and really need to work on my sand but as it is my first ever watercolour portrait I am quite happy.

then I watched the rest of your class and created this piece which I love.
