For this collage I drew the van using the paintbrush tool and then made it a clipping mask over an image of Van Gogh's "Starry Night". The background is a real acrylic painting I did to give the design an authentic brushstroke texture.  Then I used a clipping mask again over Van Gogh's moon to cut it out and paste it on top.
