Hi!

I've allways been fascinated by patterns - i easly doodle them every day but i've never created one for any pratical purpose.

I'm currently developping a cartoon and i decided to create a pattern for that cartoon, to be used as a background.

Mood board -

KEY WORDS - olive, green, monochromatic, continuity, simplicity

and color (the same color i'm using on the cartoon series)

i also wanted the elements of the pattern to be linked between them, like real bushs or trees

and other color variation

i'm happy with the results of my project.

i think the lesson was very easy to follow and pleasant to enroll.

UPDATE - first render of the main caracter, with the pattern as background. :) i really like the pattern - i'm deciced to create a few more pattern designs :) not for illustrations, but to print in clothes :)
