Since I'm joining the Skillshare team as an instructor while out on the road, I needed to learn some Final Cut ProX and QUICK! I'm a music educator that trains other teachers in techniques for various music integration skills, how to instruct online, and social-emotional learning. My lighting is not amazing; a huge storm had just started and I was stuck in the van instead of running into my petsit's house to get my lights I usually use for teaching. As it's the holidays and I have schtuff to do, I needed to make the video now.

1) fades in and out
2) music in the background (my original composition)
3) titles
4) transitions
5) overlays (logo)
6) transformations (picture-in-picture)

I plan to apply the other project and class elements to my actual classes that I'm getting ready to film. Truly appreciate this class; it helped to gain the basic understanding of Final Cut ProX so I can successfully impart my knowledge to others on Skillshare like you, LAMZ!
