This is my content calendar for May...

 

It feels satisfying in the eyes seeing my content full and well-organized. This inspires me to show up more and makes me feel on top of things, rather than being very spontaneous and scattered with my content planning (I can be spontaneous at times too!)

 

My default is seeing the content in Calendar view so I would know which post is going live for that specific date.

 

Then, I also like to see things By status:

This helps me with content batching a lot so I can stay in one headspace for the day. For example, I'm shooting videos for the day, or it's my editing day, and so on.

 

Then, I also view my content By platform:

The Calendar view & Board view of the databases really helps me group things and stay organized.

 

Now, of course, as I'm content planning, I like to keep my Notion space inspiring and inviting to create, so I customize & design my Notion page as well. (I teach this inside the class as well!)
