Inspiration: Klimmt , painting Der Kuss(The Kiss)

Well Inspiration was actually Paul with his course. I can cook very well and am expeerienced and adventoures home cook. But my plating always sucks. 

Could not find the aged rice so used arborio . Wa pleasantlz surprised with leek and garlic*(I used young garlic which is in season now). 

My guests liked my pickled cucumber and radish which I pickled in tamarillo vinegar and fresh dill. 

Personaly I liked poached tamarilo fruit. Poached in honey, vanilla syrup and water.

I have throughly enjoyed making this and still need tweaking but ita a start. Thanks Paul. Hope to see more. Cheers
