Jilly & Kitty

I can't help but express my gratitude for the incredible art classes I had the privilege of taking. It became a lifeline during a time of profound grief, helping me navigate through the tough times. 3 of my pets passed away all in a span of a couple days. 1st my cat of 10 years, then my dog Rigby who was Jill's son he was 8 years old and suddenly passed away from heart failure, and lastly my sweet girly girl Jill, Rigbys mom. She was 12 years old and passed way just a few days she from Rigby. Jill meant the world to me she and i had a special bond. When you asked us to draw the balloons I knew exactly what to draw for Jilly. Our inside joke was that she loves chickens and breakfast. You can also notice that i drew kitty as a ballon too because they actually grew up together.  It was a very hard October for our family. Through these drawing, I can remember Jill wagging her tail, her playful spirit and her sense in fashion. It's a bitter sweet remind of the bond we had and the happiness she brought into my life. Thank you for this amazing class not only was I able to heal but I was also able to not feel so stuck in my depression.  During this time I took more of your classes as well. I hope that you never stop creating fun classes because your a amazing instructor!  On Kittys drawing I added Jill as a balloon to guide her to heaven as well. Jilly & Kitty - image 1 - student projectJilly & Kitty - image 2 - student project
