I used some pictures from a trip to Istanbul to make a collage I thought captured the aesthetic of the city - tons of color and stone, water, tiles, and crumbling concrete. 

I also used this as an opportunity to practice masking - I made masks of the two large images and the bottom right small image and blended parts of their skies in with the margin color, kind of a light blue-grey.
