I tried using the Hero's Journey framework here. Also tried to add some sensory details, but my footage was limited so couldn't think of too many. It took a few iterations to get this version of the script. It didn't get a lot of views, but then, I just started posting.

SCRIPT: 

Hook

“When does strength—and shape—actually start showing up?”

Setup

“Before I trained my friend…
her workouts were intense.”

“Lots of exercises… very little rest.”

“It felt hard—
but more like cardio.”

Challenge

“Her lungs were working harder than her muscles.”

Turning Point

“So we slowed it down…
and added some load.”

“Not crazy heavy—just enough.”

Transformation

“Now she had to brace.”
“Now she had to stay tight.”

Close / Payoff

“Light weights have their place—
in warmups… in finishers…”

“But somewhere in your workout—
