Improving my art photography

Improving my art photography - image 1 - student project

From a class by Nina Rycroft on the variety of face-shapes. Ignore my goofy attempts at the project, not intended to be portraits, and notice that I made an effort to get the best light I could and also to frame it more evenly from above. This class definitely helped. Still a bit of a shadow at the bottom, but compare with a "before" example.

Lots of shadows on this project! Light not regulated well. This is from a wonnderful class by Denise Love on making fun stamps using craft foam

Both superb classes, but from now on, I have more information for taking photos of my projects. Thanks very much, Olga, for offering helpful ways to fix my project photography. (See you in some of your other classes soon!) Best, Judy
