Happy Customers say:

1. The product shortens the duration and lessens the severity of colds and flus.

2. The product "keeps them away from the doctor" 

Unhappy Customers say:

1. The product taste absolutely terrible (even the 5 star reviews agree!)

2. The return policy is unsupportive to damaged packaging

3. Some claim stomach upset
