I moved from Evernote to Notion a few months ago now so I took your ideas from this class and built them into Notion. I created a table where I list nearly everything that needs to be done or bought. I have a tags sections which at the moment is really only used for the 'shopping' tag and allows me to view just items in the table on my shopping list. I've also created a 'Project' section that lets me view different projects in a kanban style board. When items are ticked off, they're automatically hidden from the database view. This gives me a single location to track all the chores and tasks I need to do.
