thank you so much for this amazing course. I've been teaching myself how to hand sew following energetic and historic guidelines but have found myself struggling over and over again. You explanation regarding properly cutting fabric and gathering have been a game changer for me. 

My result: A burgundy red heavyweight linen skirt which not only me but also my 4-year old feels very warm under ;-)

I am already finishing the second skirt and can't wait to start the blouse and smocked shirt courses!
