For this project I wanted to use all the techniques in the course. I was really happy with the texture in the watermelon. I also watched your drawing without fear course, and it gave me an idea to use a yellow crayon as a wax resist in the strawberries. This method was more fun then using masking fluid and carefully preplanning each highlight. I have been working on having more fun while painting. I always admire artist who have a more loose style, although I have a tendency to overwork things. I will probably turn this into a pattern. I think it would look nice on a dark blue background.
