First Time Manager's Crash Course Part 1--Self Awareness Final Project

When I began the course, I bought a specific portfolio notebook that I had intended to be my ongoing bullet journal throughout the course. Bullet journaling had been recommended to me before without much success, but I decided to give it another go.

What I have come to discover through my own self-awareness practices (which have been cultivated during this course) is that, perhaps because of my own neurodivergence, bullet journaling still is not a workable solution for me and the productivity that I would like to achieve. I have had much more success with phone apps and schedule notifications, and I have decided that moving forward those will be the skills that I focus on cultivating for my own personal organisational goals.

What I did get as a takeaway from this course is the continued importance of meditation practices. I have been meditating as a personal spiritual practice for a while now and have seen the benefits of in in regulation for ADHD, but it was helpful to receive confirmation on how it can be useful as developing one's skills as a manager as wellFirst Time Manager's Crash Course Part 1--Self Awareness Final Project - image 1 - student project
