I've been wanting to learn illustration for such a long time, so when I saw my favorite illustrator taught a course, I had to sign up for skillshare!

I had so much fun taking this class, and found it a great combination with the Sketch together time lapse tutorial. Throughout the process, I found myself obsessing over the details, making sure no lines extruded, no colors or shadows looked off, and continuously adding and removing complexity to strike the right balance. Also, I realized that adding accessories makes a huge difference. Finally, the blue mono-line (now my skillshare avatar) was an accidental invert, but I ended up loving it - I may have just found my illustration style!
