The main source is sunlight, if you want to use sunlight then add white curten in wiindow so for that light will get scatre, and if you can then add black curten to opposite side of window , so for that you will get soft diffusion light from one side and some negative from other side.
Beautiful Light:
Keep light in center, frontal and high up. and use reflector to fill in shadow.
45° KEY LIGHT
Placing the keylight on a 45 degree angle
creates significant contrast on the face.
Add a reflector or white card to shape/fill
the shadows.
Three Quarter Backlight
• The light should be just out of the
left-hand side of the frame and close
to the subject.
• Add reflector on the right to fill shadow's
closest to camera.
SETTING UP YOUR BACK LIGHT
• The backlight is used to create separation
between the subject and the background
so that they don't disappear into it.
• It achieves this by creating a "highlight"
