Daily Energy Page

I used this page to notice how my energy changes throughout the day, from morning to evening. I kept it simple and honest, focusing on what drains my energy and what helps support it.

Writing this helped me slow down and become more aware of my natural rhythm instead of pushing myself too hard. It also made it easier to adjust my expectations for the day.

This practice feels calm, grounding, and very helpful for everyday life.
