I wanted to create a fun little ghost from my selection in my sketchbook. 
I thought it would be fun to place the ghost in a cozy library setting so I checked out some reference photos and then mocked up some colours in procreate. 
Then I whipped out my soft pastel pencils and set to work. I do make a few changes to the plan.
