Hi, Molly! Thanks a lot for this class, I really enjoyed it! I'm working in Photoshop CS6 and I had the same problem as Amy described before (adjustments were not available for the smart objects). I was able to achieve the same chalk effect by working with layers instead of smart objects and repeating the similar steps as you did. So it worked fine for me! ;)
