1. This course has given me some insightful and helpful tips & tricks that i can use myself to better my communication skills and have a clear communication in the workplace and with my peers.

2. Helpful tips that I have thought to note and put into practice, are the 3 Cs;
i. Clear, ii. Concise, iii. Complete

Clear: Be very clear of what you want to say and be clear whether you are asking a question or you are making a statement. be clear and on point in your communication.

Concise: Think through of what you want to say and how you want to say it before saying it. Be very straight on point of what you are saying and what are the outcomes you anticipate or desire.

Complete: Be sure that you have all the necessary information you need before stepping onto the communication. Have you asked all the information that you will need that will be valuable for you as you complete the communication.

3. Periodically check for areas of avoidance, think about what you have to say to others and what you’d like to be said back to you. An ‘Elephant in the room’ phrase, identify areas to avoid so you can get things out of the way and you can all start in a clean and clear slate.

These are my few takes on this course and I will have on improving on my communication skills to have a better communication.
