This is the sample project I created for this class. First, I chose one of my favorite poems: Invitation by Shel Silverstein:

If you are a dreamer, come in,

If you are a dreamer, a wisher, a liar,

A hope-er, a pray-er, a magic bean buyer . . . 

If you are a pretender, come sit by my fire

For we have some flax-golden tales to spin.

Come in!

This poem has been a mantra for me since I was little -  I guess I've always been a dreamer, a wisher, a liar! Through this project, I wanted to create a visual interpretation of the invitation to "come sit by my fire."
