Materials used:

 

Plastic palette knife

Nylon flat brush

W&N Winton Oil Colour Pad

Pencil, eraser, sharpener, ruler

Vegetable Oil (for cleaning brush) 

Paper towel

Tear off wax paper palette

Daler-Rowney Georgian oil paint (student quality) in Cadmium Yellow, Lemon Yellow, Cadmium Red, Crimson Alizarin, French Ultramarine, Coeruleum (Hue) and Titanium White

 

 

I split my grid in two (apologies for going a different way than exactly what you did!) and did half with white mixes of the other half.
