I and my Mrs. made our first batch of cookies according to your recipe. I did the mixing, she turned them into dough balls and placed them in the oven. This time the cookies were chewie, I hope I'll be able to make them a little more crunchy the next time. 

I've also ordered a kitchen thermometer online, it will arrive soon.
