Thank you for a wonderful class, Lindsey! It's been a few weeks since I had the time to sit down and paint and after finding your class, I knew I needed to paint this beautiful cheetah. Overall, I think I struggled with the bits that created depth (the purple mix we made under the chin and further down the right shoulder) and I really thought the piece wasn't coming together. But it was after placing that think layer of payne's gray (I love a payne's gray) around his eyes, face and nose, it was as if everything pulled together magically. It's not perfect, but I'm pretty pleased.
