I have made plenty of homemade pasta before, but usually more in the way of spaghetti, angel hair, or fettuccine.  I have even made ravioli, but this was a first for fully handmade pasta without any machine.  I found it easy to make, but learned a lesson.  Next time I will make the pasta thinner when I make them.  They turned out, but were a bit dense.  I look forward to another try.
