Christine, your burger and fries still life turned out beautifully! You've achieved such realistic results. The wide range of values, from the lightest highlights to the midtones and darkest shadows, gives each element a wonderful sense of form and dimension. Your texture techniques are fantastic as well!You've done an excellent job preserving the highlights in the sesame seeds, the meat and vegetables, and the metallic cup. The white areas, such as the mayonnaise and the paper, are also painted beautifully. You've done a great job bringing in the white paper as part of the piece in these areas. I'm also impressed by how much detail you've included while still keeping the painting fresh and avoiding an overworked look. Your larger washes demonstrate excellent water and brush control, which isn't always easy to achieve.Thank you so much for taking this course and for sharing your work with us.
