The first section really got me in the mind if a consumer. I did the household brand exercise on the blow-dryer I use for work and didn't realize how many subconscious reasons I had for buying that specific one. Really eye-opening to how many subconscious reasons someone could have for supporting my future small business.
Loved the value statements exercise!
