I was so excited to try this class after seeing Jane's preview! My favorite class of Jane's has been the highland cow, and I thought this would be similar. The photo is my second attempt. There are some aspects I loved on trial one, but I feel more pleased with trial two overall. This was a fabulous, fun class using masking, salt, paper towels for texture and a lot of letting the watercolor do it's work. I did not have all suggested colors so: Kyanite subbed for lunar, and Burnt Tigers Eye for Sickelite. Thank you Jane for another fabulous class!

Side note: I have been extremely lucky to see beautiful bison both at Custer Park, SD and beautiful Yellowstone. If you are in the US anywhere near, these are beautiful parks to visit and enjoy!
