Ok, thank you for your patience.  Been a crazy few days. So, overall really good start with these. First thing with regards to the timer, if I wasn't clear how long each sketch should be drawn for I apologise for that.  What you want do however, regardless of the time limit, is to simply draw as much as you can in the time permitted. The clock is really just there to force us to make a choice.  What we want to be most concern with is drawing the shapes and forms as best as we can. So, if you plan to do more projects in my figure drawing series, don't speed through the sketches, draw as much and as best as you can in the time limit.  You're much better off spending that 2 mins doing a small part of the foot as accurately as you can than rushing through trying to draw everything in.  Speed comes with time and practice.  As for your sketch, as mentioned, really nice start here. You've done a good job capturing the gestures of the feet, nice and expressive so keep that going. The structure of the feet also is pretty good, a couple areas to work on however. First the proportions, a little bit of inconsistency here.  Feet do come in difference lengths but it's generally a better idea to make the feet a little too long than too short.  Short, stocky feet tend to look too childlike in appearance, just do a double check of these proportions.  The general rule in art is longer is in most cases more elegant looking.  The overall shapes and forms are pretty good, but could probably due with a little more underlying shape construction first.  It looks like you're only putting in very few underlying shapes before drawing the feet details in.  Try spending a little more time on developing more solid foundational shapes and forms first before worrying about the more anatomical stuff. That will help give better structure to your feet.  It will slow you down however. But overall this a pretty good start, so keep this up! Let me know if you have any questions about this class. :)

ok thank you so much! i am planning on doing all of your classes. i am working on arms right now. I will work on spending more time on construction. I definitely feel like i struggle with proportions the most so hopefully that will help. Thank you!

I am surprised at how much I am liking to draw feet. I like how bulbous they are and I feet like they have a cartoon quality about them! All except the first image I did in a 2-3 minute time limit. I thought we were supposed to draw both feet in 5 minutes so I really sped through them.
