I'm really enjoying this course so far. I've been doing digital art for some time but realistic rendering has always been really scary to me so I've been avoiding it up until now. I didn't know any good techniques for blending, so any efforts I made took a really long time and still weren't great. I'm learning so much in this course, and I'm so happy to have stumbled across it. 

 

I really enjoyed playing around with different brushes and the results they gave. I prefer a bit of a sketchier/rougher look personally so I decided to skip the lineart step in the hand studies, but I think I will do proper inking again in the full figure exercise.
