This was an interesting, yet fun, challenge.  Sandrine broke the process down into managable steps.  I wish I had used a sharper pencil when doing the wiskers and unfortunately some of my outline lines have shown up.  I've struggled with working on black paper and this tutorial has given me a much better understanding of how to approach it.  I can't wait to try Sandrine's class on using colours on black paper!  Thanks Sandrine for sharing your skill.
