This was a really nice relaxed class. I worked on the paintings over Christmas, and because it's been just raining and raining here, I didn't go for a nature walk but used foto's!

I have so many things that inspire me to paint, but I often feel overwhelmed by all the ideas in my head. This class helped me to just start!

 

The next is actually a painting I did earlier, but it ties in with this nicely. My daughter brought me back some colorful leaves to paint one day. It makes me so happy when she does that. 

Now on to do the ginkgo leaves. There is a big ginkgo tree in the garden where I work, I always collect some leaves in autumn.
