I went hiking with my wife in the painted desert, AZ and we had a beautiful day. We were struck by how colourful the hike was despite the arid environment. My pictures came out grey and flat. This is one that I touched up in Snapseed with mostly changing saturation and using the detail tool to sharpen it up. I also cropped it for instagram. I think I could still play around with the details of the far away landmarks to create more depth but the edited version looks much more true to real life already.
