I followed along with Steph's sketch and demo using the three types of brushes.

I found it helpful to follow a given composition and color palette and to accept that these are not masterpieces but just practice, so I could just finish them relatively quickly and move on to the next one, learn from my mistakes, and improve over time rather than taking one drawing too seriously.

Adobe Fresco (or my iPad) were giving me some problems - the app crashed twice (thankfully, no data was lost) and sometimes the iPad froze. The live brushes were amazing, and drawing in vector is a cool plus of this app. For pixel drawing though, I prefer Procreate for its simple interface, clipping masks, its brushes, and the app's performance. It was good to learn about Adobe Fresco though.
