There are several special PS Actions and plug-ins I use that are not available in Lightroom. However, I love the basic image edits I can do in Lightroom, so I've been stumped as to how I could take advantage of them both in my workflow.  This course showed me how to do it without compromising one for the other as well as maintaining a non-destructive workflow!
