It is getting harder and harder to know if a video or image is real these days. There are times I have to watch a video several times and even get opinions from others to decide if it is real or AI. 
I was scrolling on my Instagram and came across this video of a girl rollerblading in a parking lot. She takes off and falls into a car and then sits up and asks if she did a backflip. 

The biggest clues that it was AI-generated were the unrealistic movement and lack of proper impact. When she hit the car, her body didn’t react naturally, and she recovered too quickly. The physics just didn’t look right. When she was talking at the end, her teeth were not moving a natural way. 

What surprised me most was how believable it seemed at first. When I slowed it down, the strange movements, reactions, and timing became much more obvious that is was AI-generated.
