Let me tell you about the worst/weirdest day of my life. It all started on the first day of school when I walked in the front door. I lived in Roswell, New Mexico and things were normally weird here with aliens and stuff, but this was nuts. The school was decorated with aliens all over the place! Painted on the walls, the ceilings, the lockers, and on the glass windows! There were inflatable aliens outside of allt the doors, and there were some in lockers that when opened flew out and socked you in the noggin! I walked in and gaped at all of these things as I walked down the hall toward my locker, number 34. Once I put away some of my stuff(and got socked in the face by an inflatable) I headed to my classroom. I was the last one to arrive. “Welcome to our amazing school” she said in a fake cheery tone. She was in a suit and she was glowing with a slight green pulse. “That’s the last one,” said a monotone voice from her suit. “I know, I know she grumbled”. We all stared at her funny. She pressed a red button on her desk and the doors and windows snapped shut and a metal fitting slid over them. We all started to fidget in our seats. This is not normal I thought as she said” welcome to your death day.” Then her skin flew apart.  We all screamed. She was a lizard monster with two heads and she was pulsing green( I knew something was weird!) She slowly marched forward toward us. We all jumped out of our desks and ran to the door and started banging on it. She slowly worked her way toward us. I scanned the room. They had set it up so that there was nothing we could use as a weapon.  I thought harder. Maybe the red button will open the windows and doors I thought working my way out of the dog pile of kids. I went the long way around and she didn’t notice me. I saw that she was almost at the kids, so I hurried and pressed the button. The windows opened and when the sunlight hit the alien, she disintegrated. We hurried out the hall and heard the screams as what had happened to us was happening to them. I hurried to the principal's office and tried to m=find a button that would open the windows and doors. I looked and found nothing. I looked on the wall and saw the fire lever. Well, it's worth a try, I thought pulling it down. All the windows opened and the screams were cut off abruptly as all the monster disintegrated into a dust cloud. We all went home and never went back.
