First version - I found this one tricky - my head has been in painting Christmas cards (detail work) all last week so I struggled to switch gears and think about light and perspective etc for landscape painting. 

A second version, without the ‘apostles’ - not sure if this came out any better or not - anyway it’s become a birthday card so I must be moderately happy with it!!
