This is our 5th year visiting the Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona with my brother Balazs. As he is even more into everything that is photography nowadays than I am, I suggested to add another layer to our already experience-packed stay here by taking this Skillshare project. 

Middle of the Road

My favorite shot from the set is definitely this one: my road is a vertical one, with a tiny and almost invisible Catalan flag tied to the ladder towards the top of the tower.

Bird’s Eye View

An abrupt switch to Primavera Festival: keyboards exposed in the backstage of one of the stages, the overpass at the Port Fòrum venue provided us with unique viewpoints on the workings of a festival.

Off the Beaten Path

Back to the city. On our way to an amazing tapas lunch, I spotted this cat patrolling the streets while my brother was looking for subjects to pass the rhythmic squared backdrops.

Iconic Postcard

In my photos I always prefer shapes over people. While the streets were busy with tourists, I captured the peace and symmetry of the rooftops.

Signs of Life

This was the hardest category for me, as I don't usually take pictures of people. But luckily this little girl helped me out by running into one of my shots.

We had great fun walking the streets of Barcelona and the stages of Primavera, hunting for these shots. This class made our explorations even more exciting, and our pictures, hopefully, more enjoyable :)
