My first attempt in regular sketchbook paper. Now starting on paper that was advised for colour pencil, a smooth heavy Weight paper. Curious how that will feel.

After 2nd attempt: Placed above each other in one photoshoot the first attempt shows more colour. I also had more powder of the pencils on that paper. The blending seemed easier. On the second paper the colours cover better the surface off the paper. It was advised as the best for using coloured pencil. But both have advantages.

It was fun to follow all the steps. Learned a lot about blending and building up the layers. Next goal for me is to learn to choose the colours myself and not just follow the teacher.
