I went to the northernmost island of Japan last week and I've been sketching the things that I saw.  Though I had hopes of plein air sketching that didn't really work out as I was with a group of people and found little time to break away and draw...

This was my one plein air sketch of the whole trip!  Done hurridly and in continuous line style...

This was actually a clearer sketch when I've been able to sit down and sketch from a photo...

And here was another sketch from a photo I did after I got back home.

And this was the spread I did in my bullet journal after choosing some of the highlights from my trip.

I don't know if I did the homework assignment correctly from this class, but I chose it because I knew I was going to be traveling and I was inspired by the teacher's examples.  Thank you!
