I wanted to use all the colors in my pallet on this paper so that's what I did and then I took every mark making thing I could think of and put it down. I have several squares that aren't covered, but that leaves space for new art supplies.   I am a beginner at watercolor and I need to work on my washes. I used to Princeton Neptune three-quarter inch square wash brush and mission watercolor paints in my limited pallet.
