I used scrap paper from old calendars and had fun calculating the sizes. The paper size is around 11-13 cm. It wasn't as easy as it looks as I had to redo sometimes, but it helped take my mind off things. I think the important steps are to reinforce the creases and remember that the paper size for the insert should be larger than that for the box.
