As a class project for “Source & Mix Botanical Illustrations with Typography” I created a small series of botanical greeting cards combining vintage botanical illustrations with expressive typography.

 

I explored different compositions, colour combinations and typographic treatments while working in Adobe Photoshop. I especially enjoyed experimenting with layering and creating depth between the botanical elements and type.
